1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Crimson Air, we are committed to your satisfaction with our services. We strive to provide professional, high-quality furnace cleaning, repair, and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
2. Labor Guarantee
We offer a 90-day labor guarantee on all repair work performed by our technicians. If you experience issues directly related to our workmanship within 90 days of service, we will return and correct the problem at no additional charge.
This guarantee covers:
- Issues arising from our repair work
- Problems with components we installed or replaced
- Adjustments needed for proper system operation
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
- Issues arising from lack of maintenance
- Damage from external causes (storms, power surges, etc.)
- Work performed by other contractors
- Normal wear and tear on replaced parts
3. Diagnostic Fees
We charge a diagnostic fee for troubleshooting and identifying furnace problems. This fee is:
- Applied toward any repair work performed
- Waived if you proceed with the recommended repair
- Non-refundable if no repair is performed (covers technician time and expertise)
4. Service Cancellations
Before Service Begins
If you cancel a scheduled service appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, there is no charge. You can reschedule without penalty during this period.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover technician dispatch costs and reserved time.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full diagnostic fee or minimum service charge.
5. Refund Requests for Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for services and need to cancel:
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled service
- Partial Refund: Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice may receive a refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees
- No Refund: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Maintenance Plans
Our annual maintenance plans are non-refundable after the first service visit has been completed. However:
- If you move outside our service area, we will prorate and refund any remaining months
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, we will work to resolve your concerns or provide credit toward future services
- Plans can be transferred to a new homeowner if you sell your property
7. Equipment and Parts
Equipment and parts installed by Crimson Air are covered by manufacturer warranties. Refunds or exchanges for defective parts must be handled through the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.
Once installed, parts cannot be returned for refund unless they are defective and covered under warranty. In such cases, we will coordinate the warranty replacement at no additional labor cost to you.
8. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge on your credit card or through your payment provider:
- Please contact us first to resolve the dispute directly
- We will work with you to review the charges and address any concerns
- Fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of service

We will respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
10. Policy Changes
This Refund Policy is subject to change without notice. The policy in effect at the time of your service will apply to that transaction. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.
